Sarah,

If the intention is to remove the identity of the educational institutionals attended by the owner of the CV, it would be a good idea to ensure that  the name of the degree is not unique across all London business schools!

I do not know what all these people is talking about, pure envy I guess, sure all of them are fluent in three languages!
Your CV is just fantanstic.
It will take you a litlle bit of time because the market is quite bad  at the moment, but you will get a very good job.

Perhaps you need to cast your net wider than working "within" the financial services world. I am the recruitment manager for a leading business information provider. We would consider your background for our sales team, where you could sell to the capital markets sector. Possibly a far more lucrative option in the current climate.

1) Every graduate has a bland opening statement. Either make it impressive and stand out or take it out altogether.
2) Focus on your achievements not generic 'skills' that every employer expects such as working in a team.
3) I agree with one of the comments about your focus. Everybody wants to get into sales and trading. You are 1 of about 100,000 people with the same skills. If you cant differentiate yourself then aim for something related that can end up at that stage (plus its very difficult to get straight into a trading environment with no experience).
4) There isnt a whole lot 'wrong' with your CV we are just in the worst market for 70years. Had you not done your masters you would probably be gainfully employed, as it is you either need to widen the net or work out a backup plan. If I were you I would organise a really good year-out and come back in May 2010 when I think things should be a little easier. Dont travel to Australasia like everyone else and pick fruiit or teach english somewhere but do something different that can provide a talking point in interviews.

Clearly, young Isabel, you are not fluent in English! Now, go back and revise for your GCSE exams.

Well done for listing English as a language. I do find this helps when applying for jobs in London. You have done two interns and yet cannot get a job at either one of them. Why didnt they want to employ you I wonder?
